Dennis J. McCreight
Dennis J. McCreight—is a highly decorated—retired Lieutenant from the New York City Police Department, leveraging 20+ years in investigation, management and law enforcement. He was the Commanding Officer of the Brooklyn South Homicide Task Force in addition to multiple precinct detective squads throughout NYC. He is a recipient of ‘The Medal of Valor’ in addition to numerous commendations throughout his career. His experience in personnel management, critical infrastructure, asset protection, and emergency incident planning and response have made him an invaluable addition to Unity Building Security, Inc.

Mark A. Alston Sr.
Mark has twenty-seven plus years of combined military and security experience. He is a decorated veteran (retired) of the United States Army; Mark served twenty-seven years with the United States Army Military Intelligence and Military Police Corp. Assignments included military law enforcement in the support of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Mark served three tour in Iraqi as the (NCOIC) Operation Sergeant Major for the 3rd Army MP Command.
Mark is a graduate of the Senior NCO Command & Staff Course and recipient of numerous U.S. Army medals: Bronze Star with Valor during combat operations in the Southwest Asia; Eight Meritorious Service Medals for career achievements and exemplary service; Six Army Achievement Medals; Combat Action Badge; Nine Good Conduct Metals.
His security career includes senior positions with Unity Building Security as the Director of Security. His strong training background as a certified trainer has allowed him to provide guidance and leadership to employees from entry level positions to senior management.

Roger A. Blades
Roger has over fifteen years of experience in Security Management, He has held Security Management positions at the local, regional and corporate level for Capital One.
Roger is responsible for Security Operations for Unity Building Security He has a decorated background in security, encompassing 15 years of experience at various managerial positions within the security industry. Prior to joining Unity Building Security, he oversaw the Physical Security Management of local, regional and corporate level departments for Capital One. He is a member of the U.S Coast Guard Auxiliary.
He has a proven track record in providing excellent customer service. His strong Security background allows him to offer guidance and leadership to employees from entry level positions to senior management. He plays an important role in the continued growth and recognition of Unity Building Security.

HISTORY
Four decades of family-owned leadership
The original corporate entity was formed by a group of commercial real estate property owners to provide non-union security personnel services to their individually owned properties. The original investors sold the non-union entity to an individual investor who formerly was employed by it on January 1, 1996. The individual investor brought in family members to the organization and expanded the entity’s customer base. Because of the New York State requirements that companies providing security personnel services be licensed, the security personnel services portion of the Company was spun-off to comply with the new State requirements and Unity Building Security, Inc. was formed. This segment of the business grew from annual revenue of under $1,000,000 to over $6,000,000 providing its services within the New York City metropolitan area. The Company currently employee’s over 150 licensed security and life safety personnel in a very competitive environment.
The Company goal has always been, and continues today, to provide exceptional service at a competitive price. Our success is reflected in our average client retention of over eight years. Many of our security and life safety employees have been with us over fifteen years. Both a clear example of the way we provide service to our clients and personnel benefits to our security and life safety employees.
